MVP is a local service company that performs household appliance repair service in the the Greater Chicago area and suburbs. They are based in the western suburbs of Chicago. They perform all types of appliance repairs on most makes & models of large household appliances.

The owner/operator has been getting most of his business from home warranty companies that he has been contracted with for some time now. Recently, he became more interested in generating his own leads as; his profit margins are a bit higher on self generated business vs. what he receives from his warranty contracts.

I performed an SEO audit on his existing website, established a Google My Business listing, created a Google Ads campaign targeting a 30 mile radius from the owner's headquarters. The goal of the project was to create more visibility, exposure and to generate leads/phone call for the business in a defined local market.

Due to the campaign's high click through rate business leads have increased over 100% from it previous efforts, which has directly led to a monthly revenue increase of over 400%.
